The sales rep was FANTASTIC! The crew at installation was GREAT!! I can’t wait to have the crew back out to do my deck. The office staff is not impressive at all!!!! They don’t answer calls and when they call back some of them are very rude. The first Woman to call be back did so at the request of the sales rep and she was very professional and empathetic. I received a follow up call from a vm I left about 3 hrs later and she hung up in my face.

No pressure sales and fast good work. I started remodeling a house last year and this was the last major project. I couldn’t be happier with the final product. They put a fence around my back patio and added a new gate between my house and the garage. 10/10 recommend.

I had a new deck installed at my house in Bettendorf. Kudos to this company. Marvelous materials, laid out perfectly and processed in a timely manner. But a very special SHOUT OUT to the guys who worked through the hot sun and difficult objectives. Jairo Vega and his crew were awesome. Jairo easily communicated what they were doing and why. Jairo made sure I understood everything. The other guys on his team were all non-stop, highly skilled technicians who worked together like a well-oiled machine. I want to say thanks to the team: Brayan Vega, Thomas Crossland, Sammy Gallegos, Giovanni Vega and Carlos Vega. If you can get these guys on your project you will be completely overwhelmed with their workmanship.

They're experienced, personable and professions front office, sales and trades personnel are above reproach. We found the cost associated with our build to be more than reasonable. A rating of 10-Stars is more appropriate to our experience with Backyard Vinyl. We're extremely pleased with how our new deck turned out. It truly is a beautiful deck. One might even say a work of skilled art. There would be no hesitation on our part to recommend Backyard Vinyl to our friends and family. We are enjoying our deck! The process took about 3 days. They were very professional and did a great job. They cleaned up the area after the project was finished. They listened and implemented all we asked for and it turned out awesome.

These guys are incredibly professional and patient. I had a fence put in several months ago and everything was amazing. My wife and I were new to our neighborhood and found out from this project that we had less than pleasant neighbors who were pretending as if I hadn't already spoken to them about this fence project twice in the previous 6 weeks before they all showed up and those same neighbors tried to bully the poor guys who came out to build this thing for me. (I waited a few months to give the full review in case I got some frivolous lawsuit letter in the mail wanting to drag me to small claims court). Well, I ended up having to get another survey, and the company worked with me very closely and were incredibly understanding of the situation, and in the end we got this amazing fence for a great price and the neighbors are forever pissed their temper tantrums didn't result in them getting their way, so everyone ended up happy that deserves to be. Been recommending them to everyone I know, had to laugh when I saw my nasty neighbor's other neighbor had also hired them for a smaller project. Can't say I've had a better experience with a company and the whole ordeal still comes up frequently in conversation between me and the other more pleasant neighbors. Overall, this company has quite literally brought the whole cul de sac sans-nasty neighbor a little closer together.

The crew was amazing. The foreman is virtually irreplaceable. He is meticulous about all aspects about what he and his crew do. From the tear down of my old deck, the foundation of the new deck, and the most important part, the top of the deck. There was not a screw or nail hole left unplugged (to virtually invisibility), every corner cut and mitered to perfection, not a gap or error to be found. Their materials are without exception, the very best. I am difficut to please because I expect things to be well done. I laughed with them because they took all the fun out of complaing because they left me NOTHING to point out. PERFECTION. Every day the gave 110%. I genuinely can't say enough positive things about this deck and this crew. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The project I had an estimate for was within $200.00 of the budget I set in my mind to spend. I was pleasantly pleased and signed the contract without hesitation. The salesman went above and beyond explain what was gonna be done, including taking out my old fence and disposing of it for us. Here's just part of the old picket fence they're taking out and replacing with a black aluminum fence.

The estimate we received from Brennan was fantastic. He was able to answer all the questions we had regarding installation to make us feel at ease with selecting Backyard Vinyl for our fence project. The fence installation took less than a day and there were absolutely no issues with the crew that completed it. They were respectful of our property and the surrounding properties as well. We were happily surprised by the gate on our vinyl fence too- the locking feature is something we didn't realize we wanted and the button to open is easy to use, unlike other gates.

I highly recommend this company. I am very pleased with the service I received. I had a little issue with one of my gates swinging opposite of how I wanted it to. I called and discussed it with them and they came out very quickly and changed it for me. Excellent service.

We contacted Backyard Vinyl about replacing our old wooden deck, and within a few days a salesmen paid a visit. He checked our framing and gave us the good news that it was still in excellent condition. The floor, steps, and railing were all that needed to be replaced, so he wrote up an estimate, which we accepted. Within three weeks, a crew was on-site for three days and tore the deck down to the framing, hauled away the old wood and replaced it with vinyl coated composite, guaranteed for life. The materials and workmanship were excellent. I'm happy to give Backyard Vinyl the highest rating.
